I have heard from several people that they unsubscribe from this listserv because it can have a heavy load of email. When I tell them about the "digest" option, they usually do not know. I think you have to go into your listserv settings to set it. Also, note that the digest usually is sent out around 12:05AM...so you won't be able to read about the birds being reported as promptly. For me, it is worth it to have the digest.
