Over the past couple weeks a pair of Red-Bellied Woodpeckers have worked very diligently in creating a nest cavity in our silver maple. Yesterday when we returned home, we were aghast to find Starlings had moved in. Any suggestions on ways to discourage the Starlings. Or do we just resign ourselves to letting nature take its course! Bah!!!
