Sarah Blodgett (neighbor) & I are mourning the probable car death of a
beautiful Wood Thrush she found on Bill George Rd. yesterday.
I have yet to hear any in my woods this season.
Such a shame the thrush made it all the way here from Latin America only to get
hit by a car.

On a happier note we saw 4 male Baltimore Orioles in her backyard on Lansing
Station Rd. (600's) yesterday.

OT: And there is a mother Red Fox with 7 kits in an abandoned woodchuck hole in
yard of another neighbor. Dan set up a 'cam' to view them on Periscope that
runs when it is not rainy. (Camera not waterproof). "dan cam"
Sarah set up her blind & photographed kits this morning.
