FOY male Hummingbird at my feeder here at Kendal ! Also at same time, a FOY White-crowned Sparrow feeding on ground under the not-so-squirrel-proof seed feeder! Yesterday, FOY Great-crested Flycatcher.
Yesterday elsewhere here, at least 2 Catbirds & a singing B. Oriole (FOY). House Wrens back a few days ago. I learned from a Cayuga Hts. Neighbor with whom I walked here on loop that he has Merlins in his yard to west of Kendal. I think I must have seen one of them a few weeks ago. John C knows about them.
