I received an eBird RBA email early this morning for Cortland County, NY. Among the reports Gladys Birdsall entered into eBird, with photos and description, a nice SAY’S PHOEBE. The sighting took place about 4.6 miles northwest of Homer, NY, on Houghton Hill Road which is about 7.5 miles northwest of Cortland, NY.
