Hi all, The January 8 Cayuga Bird Club meeting is coming up fast, so I'm posting the following information about the "Share Your Photos!" night, hosted by Kevin McGowan. The deadline for CLUB MEMBERS to submit photos is JANUARY 5 (see details below).
This is a ZOOM ONLY MEETING. Register now to attend for free at https://sites.google.com/site/cbc14850/meetings?authuser=0 CLUB MEMBERS can share a maximum of five photos during the 3 minutes you will have to take the stage. Send them by January 5 to Kevin at k...@cornell.edu. The Subject Line on the email MUST BE “Bird club photo submission Jan2024.” Kevin will send an acknowledgement when he receives them. IF you do not get an acknowledgement, contact Kevin again WELL before the meeting date. Remember, you must attend the ZOOM meeting to show your photos. Don’t be shy! Share! Although submission is limited to club members, the meeting is open to all! IMPORTANT NOTE: We may want to record the Zoom meeting and post it to YouTube, and possibly include some photos in the Cayuga Bird Club newsletter and Facebook page (with appropriate credit). PLEASE LET KEVIN KNOW with your photo submission if it's okay to have your photos included in these media and your face and voice in the recording. This is entirely optional, and if you do not give us permission, we will exclude your submission from any such postings. Happy New Year!
