Hello,
I would like to ask if anybody doesn't know if there is a way how to run
Zanuda and not lose the DNA from the model. We have a model of the DNA-protein
complex from before, but right now we are dealing with space group ambiguities
and we would like to use Zanuda to deal with it.
And since we are working with a larger number of datasets (>100), it would be
great if there was a way to push Zanuda not to erase DNA from the model, as
rebuilding DNA for all of the datasets would be really time consuming.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find anything about this in Zanuda
documentation or anybody dealing with this here on CCP4bb before.
I will be grateful for any suggestions.

Best regards,
Zdenek
