I'd like to know about support and updates as well. Joerg is one person,
and if he gets hit by a bus I'd feel better if the source code were in
escrow somewhere. Joerg's software quality ranges from very good to
outstanding, but his customer support (why do you instist to run
obsolete software) and response to requests for features (swab is
disbled because the software knows better than you) remind me of a
certain commercial company.

Joerg has been significantly more tactful recently, but he is vastly
better at writing software than doing user support. That's a problem
with commercial software.

I'd like to know more about what this package does and support. I don't
mind the money, although I hope he has linked up with PayPal or
Amazon.Com to make payment easier for everyone.
