I'm Russian and I have some problems with sending messages.
My encoding is ru_RU.KOI8-R and when I typing message in Russian I have 2
symbols instead one. For example, string "привет" looks "привет ".
This problem also make me rewrite all message if I have mistake, because
if I use Backspace the message begins lose other symbols. For example, if
I wrote "привед", erased the last symbol and typed "т", I have "приве
~Bт ".
Other problem: in Jabber I need unicode encoding, but in ICQ I need
cp1251. Can I set one encoding only for Jabber and other encoding for ICQ?
