The hpacucli works... but what isn't clear to me, even with googling, is whether I have to do something from the utility, or whether I can just pull the failed drive out of the hot-swap bay and put another in. I *do* see that I have to re-enable the drive, or rescan it, but right now, I'm concerned about just pulling the dead one out.
