I should probably have just answered `man taskset`, but the below got
typed too quickly.

CONTROLEDPID=`ps aux |grep 'name of process I want to control`
PROCESSORTORUNON=3
Taskset -p -c $PROCESSORTORUNON $ PROCESSORTORUNON
