Sometimes the CPU is compatible (ie, has a vmx or svm flag), but the Virtualization must be turned on in the computer's BIOS. http://www.sysprobs.com/disable-enable-virtualization-technology-bios (Different machines have it in different places in the menu, this is just an example)
