Raghavendra, You can follow the link Loic provided. If you are running on CentOS/RHEL, make sure you install QEMU with RBD support. See http://ceph.com/docs/master/install/qemu-rpm/
Make sure your QEMU and libvirt installs are working. Then do the integration with OpenStack.
