Hi JL,

I added public and cluster ip in global section manually (ceph.conf).

yup. i couldn't find it either. maybe they update it in this link,
http://ceph.com/docs/master/rados/operations/add-or-rm-mons/

but failed when i tried to add public address using "ceph-mon -i {mon-id}
--public-addr {ip:port}"
so i using the other step to fix it.
