One reason to not use Netscape is the mailto links will only pull up Netscape Messenger unless you find an Outlook Express dll so that Netscape will use OE instead of itself. I agree that the page needs to "work" in both browsers, it's just that a major annoyance with the email will prevent people from using Netscape. I personally use them both, because I still run across pages that only one or the other browser will display properly. I also use Mozilla, but I don't recall the messaging being any more robust than the 4.x versions. I will have to look at it again. Plus, the new Mozilla Browser (Netscape 6.0 when it's released) will have multiple mail accounts, and from the alpha version, it looks like it'll handle them even better than OE.
