Howdy. I have a couple quick questions regarding Canadian sales tax: 1) Are shipping charges taxed? If so, in all provinces or just some?
2) Are the "rules" pretty close to what they are in the US? You have to collect the sales tax if you have Nexus in the Province the order is shipping to?
