I use a Natural Keyboard and i have 2 long gel strips that cover the whole base of the desk so when i'm on the keyboard or mouse my wrists get support. I try to keep all primary items on my desk within reach without having to bend forward. And then i make sure to stop every hour and stretch and get up and walk for a bit.
Go talk to a massage therapist thats who taught me some of the stretching tips that have helped!
