1) The bug causes the whole site to return 500 errors. Including the administrator so this step cannot be accomplished.
2) I installed the original MX okay maybe I could have received free support then, however the *upgrade* from MX 6.0 to 6.1 caused this problem and the rep at MM said I had to pay 500 bucks to talk to somebody to fix it.
