Well you can always become a regular allaire partner

For around 500$ you get Enterprise versions of CF,
JRun, Spectra, the whole nine yards not crippled in any
way save they are for development. Pretty nice.. :)

Chances are CF Express wouldn't cut it, unless you don't even use any custom
tags on this site. Otherwise CF professional would probably work, running
with an Access DB and MS Personal Web Server (free).

I wish Allaire had a cheap/free version of CF for developers to use at home
and maybe things like this. When you pay $1000+ for CF Pro you are buying
the rights to use this on a server for thousands of users, but we could
really used a scaled down LICENSE (not product) that could be used for
developers at home and maybe for showing demos, etc.
