Hi, Not a component, but I've successfully used the open-source Imagemagick suite (http://www.imagemagick.org/) called through CFEXECUTE to resize, reorient (assuming the source image has valid EXIF orientation data) and overlay a "SOLD" graphic on top of an uploaded image.
If you're in a position to install it on the server, it would be worth checking out, and is available in Windows and Linux/Unix versions. HTH, Paul.
