Its not. There are no wai-roles present which means that while it definitely isn't 508 compliant now because of the javascript and inability to use it without a mouse, that even with the 508 refresh that is coming up, it still isn't compatible.
The only grid that I know that will be compatible with the refresh as it stands now is the dojo grid. When JQuery actually implements Jaria in its core, it might be.
