It's part of the CF Server administration area. Click on the link named
ColdFusion Welcome Page at the top of the home page in your cf admin. Under
the documentation heading there is a link called CFML Syntax Checker.

I think the direct link would be something like
http://127.0.0.1/cfdocs/index.htm
