I need a tool to work on a CF server that will draw items from a database
and then scroll them in a layer. The items will be linked to a page that
will display a news story in full.
I've been looking around for a custom tag but haven't found one and so far
haven't come upon a good Java tool to do it.
Any suggestions for something like this?
