ok.. im using CFPOP to get email right..

when the attachments are received the permissions are only set
to  read/write for user and group [nobody]
wich is what the CF server user & group is..

so everytime in when i do a link to the file for download
it gives me an..

      Error Diagnostic Information
      An error occurred while attempting to open the file. 


      Unix error number 13 occurred: Permission denied
     


because im still missing read/execute for [others]

now how can i get CF to write the files with all the necesary 
permissions
so that i can make the file download work?
