You have to pay the developers more, because of the higher learning curve.
Flash integration is going to be better in CF.
Visual Studio is absolutely horrid at visual design unlike DW. So you have
to pay for two IDE's...or have seperate designers and coders.
Net Server has been delayed until next year by some accounts. I'd wait
until MS ships the CLR with a server, until then it's all beta testing. Same
with the client side CLR, neither the new XP, nor IE7 is out yet.
Java buzzwords are your friend...J2EE and so on.
The programmers like CF more! This would be the most valid point in my book
as long as it's true in your case.

Some of those reasons, while valid, are double edged swords, or debatable in
my book. On the other hand, there is lots of anti-MS FUD you could use. Hit
Slashdot and search for .Net.
