getHttpRequestData() is available in side Application.cfm and
Application.cfm is called for web services.  You could call the function in
Application.cfm and store the result in Request.httpRequestData.  It's a
kludge, but it should work.

Haven't done this with 6.1 in case anything changed, but I've done it with
earlier CFMX.
