since you do the same type of error logging in different components it
might be a good idea to create a new "errorLog.cfc" which handles all
of your error log mechanics.  Then a property of your cfcs that need
error logging could instantiate this new errorLog.cfc in the variables
scope that would be instantiated during the init() method of your cfc
