I worded my response a bit poorly; I didn't mean to imply that there was a deficiency in your response. I kind of like the "instantiated object closet" as a description. My response was simply intended to supplement yours. But you point out one of the problems I've run into as someone who doesn't have a traditional programming background. For me, a lot of the hurdles I had to overcome arose from my ignorance of common terms of art within the programming field, among other things. As a result, I tend to emphasize the use of these terms when discussing programming topics with CF developers, who often come from a similar background as I do.
