Have you checked out Retrotranslator (if you can't compile with 1.4)? It does a decent job of converting Java 5 bytecode to 1.4 and is definately worth checking out (http://retrotranslator.sourceforge.net/).

Hi Murad,

You have to compile your .jar file with the version your sdk supported.

Thanks

    Hello,

I am using a (.jar) class file, but when I call the class I got the
    error (Unsupported major.minor version 49.0)…!

I think it's because the jar file is compiled using SDK 5.

Is that right? What can I do to run it correctly?

    Regards,
