Friday, March 1, during the men’s lacrosse game, there will be an
(approximately) 8 minute program to celebrate the Cordish Lacrosse Center
dedication event. The game is scheduled for 5pm so the dedication will take
place around 6pm.  At the end of the 8 minute program, there will be a
dedication moment that will involve a pyrotechnic effect.  There will be sparks
that will go off from the top level of the bleachers starting at the scoreboard
end, ending at the new building and then there will be a final spark effect on
the roof of the building.  The sparks will make a series of popping noises.
The effect moment will last for less than 1 minute.
