Happy spring, neighbors! My husband, Eric Hoel, will be available in June to do handyman projects or small rehab projects around your house! He has 20+ years of residential and commercial rehabbing experience. He has fully rehabbed 6 Baltimore City rowhouses (5 of them in Charles Village) and has done a bunch of rehab work on others, as well as eco-rehabs of commercial buildings. No job is too big or too small for him to handle!
