Olds had a 307 from 81-88 used in Cutlass Supreme, Delta 88, 98 Regency, Caprice Station Wagons, and some Cadillacs.  That engine is good for nothing except a boat anchor, except for the fact that for some unknown reason, it did have a good amount of low end torque.  I had one in my 86 Cutlass and believe it or not it did pretty good burnouts even with 2.41 gears.  I dumped it in favor a mildly built 350 chevy :-).  The 305 V-8 was in 77-88 Monte Carlos, Malibus, Camaros, Firebirds, GMC/Chevy pick up trucks/suburbans/Blazers.  305 HO was in MC SS, 442/Hurst Olds and Z28's if I remember correctly.  307 Chevy was 68-73 passenger cars and some trucks, I have one in my 69 Chevelle.
