4 Whole or 8 chicken 
breast                                                               
                                                                     
    2 cans cream soup,mushroom or chicken and 
broccoli,etc                                                         
                                                                     
    
1c.milk                                                              
  salt and pepper to 
taste                                                                
  2pkgs. stove top stuffing 
mix                                                                  
  2c. sour 
cream                                                                
                                                                     
     Cook chicken breast in water for 1/2 hour.  Tear off meat and 
place in bottom of an 11*16 inch casserole.  Mix soup,sour 
cream,milk,salt and pepper.  Pour over chicken.  Prepare stuffing 
mix as directed omitting water and using water that chicken was 
cooked in. Spread stuffing over casserole.  Bake, covered, at 350 
for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake 15 minutes 
more.
