New issue 32476 by DickKarpinski: Sidewiki fails to offer a place for my marginal notes.

IE 7: IE 8: What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Install sidewiki 2.Invoke sidewiki from the bookmark bar on a web page 3. What is the expected result? Either a margin appears in which to put my comment about that page, or an error message explains why not. What happens instead? A page of code appears in a new page below the tab for the page I was trying to add a marginal note to. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
