I know you had to decide to boot some stuff to make a reasonable goal set, but if you weren't aware of it, this one is needed for the "translate" extension to work, which is sorta one of the flagship extensions. http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=29896 As they comment on the bug, it might not be too hard to fix, just needs someone to poke at it.
