Actually if you walk the streets of DC at night, you will see hordes of rats, but until more of the homeless learn to salvage aluminum blood cans from the same garbage cans, or until we again have public restrooms(with open pits shared with rats), we will not share the plague with rats and their fleas. We could employ homeless people with sharp pointed sticks or pellet pistols to kill our rats, but, we don't employ homeless people. Instead we fund huge corporations, buying poison and hanging it by wires and hooks in sewers, and patrol backyards and alleys for open garbage cans, plastic bags of garbage, and rat habitat. -Bob ------------------------ Yahoo!
