I have tried everything, but still getting this messages every 5 minutes 
regardless of any timeouts that i am using:

for 72936 packets.
May 14 09:50:54 EST: %C4K_HWNETFLOWMAN-4-FLOWSLOSTERR: Netflow stats lost 
either due to hardware hash collisions or full hardware flow table. Stats lost 
for 72459 packets.
May 14 09:55:54 EST: %C4K_HWNETFLOWMAN-4-FLOWSLOSTERR: Netflow stats lost 
either due to hardware hash collisions or full hardware flow table. Stats lost 
for 30863 packets.
May 14 10:00:54 EST: %C4K_HWNETFLOWMAN-4-FLOWSLOSTERR: Netflow stats lost 
either due to hardware hash collisions or full hardware flow table. Stats lost 
for 49340 packets.
