The Charter Ratification Vote is over September 22, 2010, which is
tomorrow. So, please, all Citizens who have not voted, do so now. The vote
will be end September 22, 2010,
at Midnight, September 22, 2010 UTC (GMT.) Again, I urge all those Citizens
who have not voted yet, please let your voices be heard. This is YOUR
charter!!
