The motion before the Citizendium Council regarding verification of real names has passed by majority vote. The Citizendium Council has now strengthened Citizendium's defense against persons registering under fake names that otherwise appear to be real names, persons who could register several accounts under different pseudo-real names. Thus, the Council has strengthened the Citizendium's defense against anonymity, and all the problems that go with that, and has strengthened Citizendium's defense against commercial abuse. -Anthony.Sebastian
