[Citizendium-l] November election: voter registration and nominations period now open

The period for registering to vote in the November 2016 Citizendium 
Special Election is now open and runs until November 4th, a day before 
the ballot ends.

If you registered to vote in the June 2016 election, you do *not* need 
to register again unless you wish to change your e-mail address.

In addition, the period for nominating candidates for the post of 
Managing Editor runs until midnight UTC on Saturday, October 29th 2016, 
as does the period for proposing referenda. See:
