I propose to change line 134 in ieeefp.h to
#if defined (__PPC__) || defined (__ppc__) || defined (__powerpc__) || defined
(__ppc64__) || defined (_POWER) || defined (_IBMR2)
since _POWER and _IBMR2 are apparently the only usable symbols gcc 345 defines
on this computer (even if it is a PowerPC)
