NativeEventLoopRunningEvent after GTK main loop start and stop.
* java/awt/EventQueue.java (isShutdown): Check nativeLoopRunning.
(getNextEvent): Set dispatchThread to null.
(postEventImpl): Set nativeLoopRunning.
(pop): Interrupt event dispatch thread.
* java/awt/Frame.java (noteFrame): Synchronize on weakFrames.
