There's an excellent resource for collaborative translations — www.translated.by. As I know, fprog is a free online magazine. So the quality of your article will definitely benefit from being edited and reviewed by the collaborative effort of an open community. Anyways, there's also an option for keeping translations private. I just thought you would get a wider response on the mentioned site than by inviting people to "mailing-list cooperation".
