Assuming this is derived from the Debian package that contains the standard
Apache configuration files it would be under the Apache 2.0 license:
http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/a/apache2/apache2_2.2.16-6+squeeze7/apache2.2-common.copyright
Note that it's been lightly modified for CloudStack but appears more or less
identical to the default ports.conf in the apache2.2-common package in Debian.
Unless there's an objection, though - I believe we can close this one as Apache
licensed.
