Joe Brockmeier commented on CLOUDSTACK-141: ------------------------------------------- The file: patches/systemvm/debian/config/etc/haproxy/haproxy.cfg Would be found in the Debian haproxy source package. It would appear that the package includes GPLv2 and LGPLv2. However, the haproxy.cfg that is included in ACS is substantially different and looks to have been written from scratch or taken from another source - not the Debian package. Git log shows this committed Mon Oct 4 17:15:30 2010 -0700 by edison <edi...@cloud.com>. I believe this file is clear. Assigning to Edison to get a final OK or more information. > Establish legal use of patches/systemvm/debian/config/etc/haproxy/haproxy.cfg > ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- > > Key: CLOUDSTACK-141 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-141 > Project: CloudStack > Issue Type: Bug > Affects Versions: pre-4.0.0 > Reporter: Chip Childers > Priority: Blocker > > We need to establish if the following file is one of the following: > 1) Written specifically for CloudStack > 2) Taken (and perhaps modified) from a source that has an ASLv2 compatible > license > 3) Taken (and perhaps modified) from a source that does not have a compatible > license, and then figure out what to do about it. > patches/systemvm/debian/config/etc/haproxy/haproxy.cfg -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA.
