The file:
patches/systemvm/debian/config/etc/haproxy/haproxy.cfg
Would be found in the Debian haproxy source package. It would appear that the
package includes GPLv2 and LGPLv2. However, the haproxy.cfg that is included in
ACS is substantially different and looks to have been written from scratch or
taken from another source - not the Debian package.
