It really is bogus that this doesn't work. Both files share everything (especially DELETE!) and "replaceIfExists" is true. It should just work.
That said, the patch does not handle the ERROR_SHARING_VIOLATION case. I'm going to rebuild with that and I expect that to help as the traces did indicate that no retries happened in this case. Eric
