specify all libs you need with "target_link_libraries".
Ok, you mean like:
add_library(dsound SHARED IMPORTED)
set_target_properties(dsound PROPERTIES IMPORTED_LOCATION
"${DSOUND_LIBRARY}/dsound.lib")
target_link_libraries(MyTarget dsound)
??
