Hi Marcel, Before CMAKE_PARSE_ARGUMENT [1] was integrated (11 months ago by Alex Neundorf), within CTK, we created a macro named ctkMacroParseArgument based on [2].
We will need to re-evaluate which minimum version of CMake we want to depend on and if possible, use the one provided by CMake. If you want to re-use the macro available in CTK, you could copy it and adapt it to use CMAKE_PARSE_ARGUMENT.
