It's also worth noting that the voters (so far) have done a super job. If your talk is not making the cut, don't take it as a reflection or judgment on you or your work. It just means that voters want to save you for next year. And if your talk IS making the cut, it's probably because voters want the chance to make snide remarks about you on the backchannel.
