Replace defpager with own pager.
This commit adds only basic functionality of tmpfs. Relatively to
defpager possibility of reading/writing of files that are less than 4 kb
was added.
* tmpfs/tmpfs.c: Add pager initialization code.
* tmpfs/pager-stubs.c: Edit pager stubs to make tmpfs read/write work.
* tmpfs/node.c (diskfs_get_filemap): Edit function.
